About Our Shop

Welcome to our P&C volunteer-run uniform shop.

New and second-hand uniforms are sold online and in our school shop in the hall.

Opening hours shop:

  • The shop is open in the hall on Fridays from 8:30 am to 8:55 am and on Wednesdays from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm. 

  • Any last-minute changes will be mentioned in the Waniora WhatsApp announcements.

  • Card payments are preferred and encouraged.

  • Please be aware that the shop has limited capacity.

Online orders

Delivery = pick up:

  • Order will be prepared asap and the latest within a week. 

  • The order will be available for pick up at the front office.

  • Once the order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email notification. 

  • Please pick up within a week. 

  • We only prepare orders during the school term.

Returns

  • Not the right size? You can exchange if the item is unwashed and still has tags attached. 

  • Please do so asap, as we only carry limited stock per size.

  • Contact us via the contact form or at waniora.uniforms@gmail.com, mentioning your order number and the issue, or see us in store.

Please note: 

  • Delivery is at the front office, not shipped to your home. 

  • The delivery fee covers the Shopify card fee we are charged. 

  • Pre-ordered items might take longer than expected, as we must order a minimum quantity. We aim to have everything in stock within the time indicated on the item.

  • If you need an out-of-stock item urgently, you can buy it second-hand online or in-store. Or you can contact us to enquire whether something might already be on the way. 

School shop in the hall

Both new and second-hand items are available in the store. 

New items

  • New items can be tried on when it is not too busy. 

  • We recommend ordering new items online for pick-up. You can always exchange if the size is not ok. 

  • New items can also be bought in the store when it's not too busy.

Second hand

  • Second-hand items are subject to availability, but we have many options in store at all times.

  • These items can vary in condition and style. 

  • There is the option to order second-hand items online. The best item available will be provided. 

  • When shopping online, some variations from the standard uniform options may be available. If you have a preference, add to notes. 

  • If the second-hand order is not exactly what you wanted, see us in the shop to exchange it for other second-hand items. Please do so asap.

  • You can donate your old uniforms at the front office.
